You agree to notify your Service Provider immediately if you have any reason to believe that an unauthorised person knows your password or PIN, or your account is either used or likely to be used in an unauthorised way. Mi-Pay will not be liable for any loss incurred by you because of someone else using your password or PIN or account, with or without your knowledge.
If we have reason to believe there is a security breach, or misuse of your account has occurred or is likely to occur, we may suspend or close your Mi-Pay Account.
If your account is no longer in use for more than two years, the account will be automatically suspended. If no request is made to re-open your account two years after it was suspended, the account will be terminated and all personal data associated with it will be removed.
