Information collected from you is also used for the purpose of fraud prevention, this is an automated process and you have the right to object it and obtain human intervention.
In order for us to process such requests, a copy of valid Photo ID document will be required for the purpose of authentication.
Non personal identifiable information will be used for the purpose of analysing the performance and reliability of our service.
We share your personal data when necessary to complete any transaction or provide any product or services you have requested or authorized.
We also share data with vendors working on our behalf; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our service; and to protect the rights or property of Mi-Pay.
The information we have about you was submitted to us as part of a payment request from Vodafone. In order to correct this information, you will need to use the pages provided by Vodafone or submit a correction request to them. Information that was already provided and their accuracy will not have an impact on any future transactions.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the personal information, we have about you, contact us either via email or in writing using the contact details provided in How to contact us section of this policy.
We store your data for a maximum of 6 years after the last processed transaction, unless a request for removal is received from you.
